World food safety day
Food safety is defined in the Codex Alimentarius as “the assurance that food will not cause harm to the consumer when it is prepared and/or eaten according to its intended use.” As a member of the food industry, CRAMER is committed to food safety standards and certifications, which we use to forge a robust culture and consistently achieve high standards of compliance.
