Workplace climate, professional development opportunities, closeness with others, cordial relationships with supervisors and concern not only for employees’ wellbeing but also for their safety are the main reasons for staying at CRAMER, according to the testimonies of four employees in different positions within our company.
Such is the case of Soledad Yaryes, Deputy Manager of Creation and Application of Savory Flavors, who recently celebrated her 28th anniversary as a Flavor Specialist at CRAMER on February 1st. Among other reasons, she thanks the company for having confided in her to develop the Savory area, which, according to her, “practically didn’t exist” before she joined the company.
Meanwhile, Luis Miño, Head of Planning and Customer Service, describes the workplace environment as “pleasant,” and touches on workplace stability, which he has verified over the years in several different positions since arriving in 2004.
Receptionist Gloria González celebrated 16 years with the company on January 1st. She explains how the company has demonstrated ongoing interest in employee wellbeing, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, by adopting a series of very strict health measures in offices, labs and warehouses in order to project everyone’s health.
Lastly, Cristofer Ponce has been a Fragrance Plant Operator at CRAMER for the past 11 years. The company has provided him with professional and personal development opportunities, plus a good workplace climate and team work, which are more than enough reasons for staying at our company.
