We currently have seven warehouses with more than 5,300 tons of storage capacity. They are divided into two types of space: Receiving (for finished products and raw materials) and Shipping (to domestic and international clients).

This ample stock storage capacity enables us to keep our commitments to clients without interruption.

We use very safe equipment in our warehouses, which have quality control certifications for flammable product storage and are designed according to current safety standards on these matters.

Our highly qualified logistics personnel performs several roles and coordinates with other areas like Planning, Production, Warehouses and Distribution, creating a team of 177 employees that operates under equally high standards.

Our employees have cutting-edge technology to support these efforts.

In keeping with our eco-friendly policy, we use electric cranes and stacker cranes inside our warehouses. We use gas-powered cranes on the warehouse exterior.

For deliveries within Chile, our Customer Service area coordinates the client’s shipping needs with logistics. Serving the Metropolitan Region and the surrounding area with our own transportation system – consisting of 11 trucks with different capacities, one of which features a temperature-controlled refrigeration chamber – enables us to adjust to each client’s demands. 

We ship internationally in accordance with the customs regulations in the country where our client is located.

In 2021, we exported primarily to Latin America, shipping approximately 2,000 tons to different countries throughout the region.

Our fourth-quarter delivery compliance rate was 99%, which is in keeping with our historically excellent service continuity and reliability numbers.
